What do DJs do on their days off?

Updated: Jan 27, 2019

I thoroughly enjoy sleeping in the day after an event. Provided the children are enjoying their slumber as well (which usually ends around 7am). Once the kids are up and about, have been fed and bathed, we attempt to go about our day like a normal family. Sundays include grocery shopping, chores, play time, maybe (if we're lucky) a nap, dinner and back to bed.. We're no different that anyone else except we have an affinity for caffeine and sleep deprivation.

During the week, I work at my full-time job or one of my part time jobs. In between working those jobs, planning for the upcoming events, meeting with clients, networking, designing photo booth strips for events the have those, marketing, cleaning/repairing/charging equipment and laundry take up the remainder of the time that isn't spent with the family.

So we stay pretty busy.
